We do not collect or store credit card or payment details through the Sealed Bid submission process.

Sealed bid amounts and supporting documentation are treated as confidential internal materials. USWC does not publicly disclose competing bid amounts. Category award announcements may be publicly disclosed without revealing competing bid figures.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including secure form transmission and restricted internal access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Information is retained for the duration of the PTI/C-CAT review cycle and institutional recordkeeping. USWC may retain bid records even if participation is declined.

We do not sell personal or institutional information. Information may be shared with internal review personnel, legal advisors, and compliance partners, or if required by law.

By submitting information, you consent to processing within the United States.
